It is a classic hand-rhyme telling the engaging story of four children and their father as they embark on a fantasy bear hunt.

The Gravity Discovery Centre - GDC - in conjunction with Astronomy Education Services is hosting a free, community event to observe the total Lunar Eclipse on 31st January, 2018 at the Yokine Reserve.

Pre-show activities and food trucks will commence at 5:30 pm, while screening of the movie commences at 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm and this will depend on when the sun sets.

There will be live music and entertainment for the children as well as celebrity chef Vince Garreffa (from Mondo Meats) who will be showing you how to add some "spice to your life" at home.

There will be a dog-themed market, doggie mocktails, Italian food vendors for all the hungry people, an attempt to break the world record for the Largest Dog Grooming Session, free dog spaghetti with your movie purchase, and at 7.

On the weekend of 2 - 4 February there will be seven stages in and around the Murray and Hay Street malls featuring over 100 performances.

Come on down to the beach and enjoy live music performances, wine tastings, take a seafood masterclass, watch a cooking demo or have a look at over 15 pop up seafood restaurants and food trucks that will be there selling a huge selection of seafood.

Inspired by the irresistible 2000 Kirsten Dunst movie, this musical flies high with some amazing cheerleading choreography and will appear to those who loved Glee and High School Musical.

Everyone is welcome to come along to this wonderful Food Fair where you can purchase reasonably priced aromatic Thai Food to eat there with friends or buy take-way to serve up an easy, quick delicious meal later at home

Movie goers can arrive at 6 pm for pre-movie, entertainment with the movie starting at 7:30 pm.

Bring a picnic, your family and friends, and enjoy an evening with West Australian Opera.

With a top Perth band every week, childrens activities including face-painting and a bouncy castle and food including pizza, ice cream and a sausage sizzle (or you can BYO a picnic), its an ideal way to round off a summer weekend.
